Within a remarkable three-month timeframe, we collaborated with Ivy League universities in the United States to develop this industry-first online-to-offline program.

As this brand expand quickly to over 5000 retail stores through distribution partners in China, it realized its partners fell short of meeting the company's standards for in-store service experience.
Reorganizing or rehiring over 30,000 staff from partners was not practical, thus we focused on developing a different training approach that allowed the brand to uphold its high standards while optimizing resources.

ZEISS Ventures' Opteyes Incubation
Recognizing the challenge posed by the vast geographic expanse of China, where in-person product trials may not always be feasible, ZEISS sought to explore digital solutions for the optical industry. Our UI/UX Design Lead successfully designed and developed a user-friendly mobile application leveraging Augmented Reality (AR) technology. This innovative solution enables customers to easily try on different glass frames and enjoy a personalized experience from the comfort of their own homes, revolutionizing the way they engage with ZEISS products.

As the final international luxury auto brand to enter the Chinese market, Lincoln Motor Company faced the unique challenge of differentiating itself amidst a landscape crowded with over 120 competitive automotive brands. To successfully establish Lincoln Motor's presence in China, our Creative Lead guided the creative team and oversaw the development of Lincoln Motor's digital, social, dealership, and traditional media channels, ensuring a successful zero-to-one establishment in the Chinese market.
Result
Several of the dealership partners reached the global top sales ranking within the first year of the brand launch in China.
