Intellectual Property

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our services and continues indefinitely.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Great Inc.'s liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our recommendations are advisory in nature, and implementation decisions remain the client's responsibility.

Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify Great Inc. against claims arising from the client's use of our services, breach of these terms, or violation of applicable laws.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, payment for completed work remains due, and confidentiality obligations continue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Great Inc. is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
